Through weekly one-on-one coaching, practical tools, and ongoing support, you’ll gain clarity, consistency, and simple systems that help you feel your best.
The program includes six 60-minute private coaching sessions, a full anti-inflammatory recipe e-book, guided worksheets for each topic, and personalized support and check-ins throughout the program.
By the end of the six weeks, you’ll have a clear, sustainable framework to support your long-term vitality and wellness.
